BuildYour Path

podcast host, personal trainer, and freelance marketer. On paper, those may seem like three different worlds, but they’re all connected by one thing: helping women break boundaries, push limits, and show up as their authentic selves — on the trail, in business, and in life.

The podcast

Tearing it Up, Tearing it Down, & Tearing it Apart

The Tarin It Up Podcast celebrates women who forge their own paths, from athletes and entrepreneurs to creatives and everyday warriors. We talk about the messy middle, the stumbles, and the small victories that never make the highlight reel. Because success isn’t linear, and life doesn’t have just one blueprint.

Events & community

The heart of Tarin It Up lives off the mic, too. From women’s avalanche awareness nights in Truckee to co-working meetups with AccountabiliBABES, gear repair nights, hands-on mechanics workshops, and partner activations, I create spaces where women can show up as themselves, build connections, and leave stronger than they came.

My events are designed to break down barriers, spark real conversations, and remind us that the outdoors, and life, aren’t meant to be done alone, and we are never too old to start or learn something new!

Fitness

Strength isn’t just physical, but building it in your body can change everything else. As a certified yoga teacher, trainer, and paddleboard instructor, I create programs designed to help women tap into their power. Whether you’re training for mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, or just trying to feel like a badass in your daily life, I’ve got you.

Why Tarin It Up?

Because life is too short to follow someone else’s script. Tarin It Up Co. is about tearing down the idea that you need to be perfect, polished, or linear to succeed. Whether it’s through conversation, training, or community, I’m here to remind you that showing up messy still matters — and that strength, courage, and connection are built one imperfect step at a time.
